‘Waking up to the sounds of birdsong and gazing up into the heights of a tipi ready to be fed consciousness enhancing high vibrational foods, taken to the ocean, walking on the wild side, and into the sacred space of yoga.

Learning how we can become increasingly awake in an expanded state of awareness usually only accessed in our dreams. Can the most beautiful of our dreams become real? Are bliss and genius in all of us? Is being high our natural state?

It’s the state of mind we are in when we dream, by day or night, that feels so free…so inspired, so creative, so flowing…it’s that state that we long to be in - more than the particular circumstances we dream of…this is the realisation - and the keys are what help us to be there…to be increasingly conscious and effective in this state, gradually freeing ourselves from the domination of thoughts and conditioning…boosting the right hemispheres of our brains and  becoming increasingly functional in calm and grounded ‘meditational’ brain wave states…

understanding how we perceive reality and how we create our experiences…and how to improve our brain chemistry…to give us greater awareness of energetic sensations…a more enjoyable experience of life, increase our energy, confidence, love.. to open and expand our minds and feelings. ‘

What we’ve got planned…

‘Walk on the Wild Side’ - foraging for wild foods with Matt

Matt is a long time resident of Keveral Farm, and expert nature interpreter and guide. Keveral farm, the venue, is a beautiful organic community farm near Looe, within walking distance (down green lanes) of the lovely beach at Seaton on the gorgeous Cornish Coast. Much of what we will be eating during the retreat is their freshly grown produce.

High Vibrational Food Preparation by Holly - and the chance to ‘pick her brains’.

Holly and her two youngest children have been eating just about all their food raw since summer 2001.   She trained as a hypnotherapist and studied shamanism and moved onto the raw path with the desire to ‘raise her vibrations’. She soon started raw food catering and taught countless raw food workshops.  Her children are ‘home-educated’.  Her passionate interest is in how foods and plants affect the brain, awareness and our sense of self and sees in this a vital piece to shifting the planetary state of consciousness. Over the years she has developed a stable but evolving way of eating that has enabled her and her children to flourish and feel better and better.

and the unplanned…

plenty of time for chilling out together…beach visits, star watching, meditating, singing and chanting in the tipis, massage…sampling herbs and botanicals…relaxing and uplifting

This is a tribal consciousness experience. We will be eating and sleeping in close proximity and growing together. Obviously you can miss bits of food that really don’t agree with you but we do ask that you generally join in with the food provided to be in the vibe…you will also be offered the chance to sample a selection of the wonderful superfoods and botanicals. These and the meals are included in the price. You need to bring enough bedding to keep you warm in the tipi.

All the meals will be prepared from raw living food. To make the most of the experience it might be worth considering eating only raw foods during the week before, if you are not already raw. For some ideas visit www.rawcuisine.co.uk ‘What We Eat’.

Children are most welcome if they can happily join in the experience or are just happy hanging out with us. They ultimately remain the responsibilty of parents at all times and there will be no separate childcare facilities. They can be settled in a tipi for the evening.  Due to fixed costs children have to be paid for with the exception of ‘Babes in Arms’ (under about the age of two)who can sleep snuggled with a parent.  Sorry we can’t accept pets for practical reasons.

For legal reasons we wish to make it clear that while you may learn and experience things that may greatly improve your health and sense of well being we cannot give medical advice and the decision to adopt any of the approaches suggested is the participant’s responsibility.

If you wish to extend your stay in this beautiful area local attractions in the immediate vicinity include not only the beach but a nature reserve and The Monkey Sanctuary.
