Why Raw?

It is utterly delicious.


It is what our bodies were designed to eat.  The nutrients are in a form that the body can recognise, understand and use.  In particular the fats (fatty acids), proteins (amino acids) and compounds in fruit remain undamaged and therefore more easily utilised to build the brain optimally.
