FDA Unleashes Mass Irradiation of Spinach, Lettuce and Other Vegetables

The FDA previously decided that irradiation warning stickers would not be required on any food items because it would be “too confusing to consumers.” (The word IRRADIATION apparently has too many letters to be understood to food buyers.) Thus, irradiated foods will not be labeled as such, and consumers are going to be left in the dark about all this (except for those who actually eat the irradiated food, in which case they will glow in the dark).

The FDA, of course, insists that the levels of irradiation used to kill e.coli will have no effect whatsoever on the nutritional value of the food. This astonishing statement comes from an agency that doesn’t believe food has any nutritional value in the first place, so lowering the value to zero by destroying all the phytonutrients does not, in the opinion of the FDA, alter its nutritional value at all. Thus, destroying all the anti-cancer nutrients in a head of broccoli merely brings that broccoli into “compliance” as a non-functional food, according to the FDA.

Radiation, of course, destroys delicate phytochemicals in plants — the very phytochemicals protecting consumers against cancer, heart disease, high cholesterol, inflammation and other diseases. Microwaving broccoli, for example, destroys up to 98% of its anti-cancer nutrients. (The FDA has not yet acknowledged this scientific fact, either.) In a similar way, irradiating food destroys much of its nutritional content, including vitamins, carotenoids, anthocyanins and other delicate protective nutrients that are right now providing the last, desperate nutritional defense against the American diet of meat, milk, fried foods and processed junk.

Irradiating fresh produce will leave the U.S. population is a state of extreme deficiency in protective plant-based nutrients.

Does the FDA plan to destroy the health of the U.S. population?
Many people suspect that’s what the FDA really wants. A nutritionally-deficient, disease-ridden population would mean a windfall of profits for the FDA’s buddies in Big Pharma — the folks who sell patented medications at monopoly prices. With the food supply destroyed by radiation, ordinary people would have virtually no remaining sources of protective phytonutrients!

In promoting this food radiation policy, the FDA has accomplished what all the terrorists in the world could not: The mass irradiation of the U.S. food supply — much like setting off a dirty bomb over the nation’s farms (but with less radiation). This destruction of the nutritional value of the food supply is a far greater threat to the health of the U.S. population than any terrorist event, including 9/11. And yet it is being done by our own people, TO our own people, by a lawless agency that answers to no one. FDA officials are not voted into office by the People; they are appointed by politicians. They answer to no one, they refuse to follow federal law, and they operate as tyrants over a quarter of the U.S. economy.

And now they have taken it upon themselves to destroy the national food supply.

We should be more than just alarmed — we should be outraged! The FDA has committed an act of war against the People. With this decision, the FDA has firmly positioned itself as an enemy of the People, and a bringer of death and disease to the nation. Why are our elected representatives in Washington allowing this madness?

Think about this: If the FDA has its way:

• All your food will be irradiated, pasteurized or killed
• All your children will be vaccinated
• All your medicine will be based on pharmaceuticals
• All your free speech about health will be suppressed
• All informative labeling on food and supplements will be outlawed
• Growing and selling non-irradiated garden vegetables will become a crime!

Today it’s spinach and lettuce; tomorrow it’s all fresh produce
Don’t think the FDA will stop with spinach and lettuce, either. They’re already talking about irradiating tomatoes, peppers and onions. Before long, radiation could become mandatory for ALL fresh produce, and all the fresh fruits and vegetables that are supposed to contain health-protecting nutrients will be transformed into sterile, inert plant mass with no health benefits at all. (Brilliant scam, huh?)

This is by design. I believe the FDA wants the American public to be sickened and diseased. Why else would they ban Free Speech about healing foods like cherries, broccoli and garlic? Why would they outlaw the selling of herbs and nutritional supplements that claim to treat and prevent disease? The FDA wants you to be sick, enslaved and medicated, and irradiating the food supply is the quickest way to accomplish that.

He who controls the food controls the People.

He who destroys the food can profit from the People’s sickness.

The FDA’s crimes against humanity
In pushing this radiation agenda, the FDA is committing a crime against humanity — a nutritional atrocity that violates fundamental human rights. And yet the FDA’s top decision makers continue to operate with zero oversight and zero accountability. They make decisions in a corporate-sponsored vacuum, absent any input from reasonable, health-conscious consumers or scientists. And because they have been granted tyrannical powers by Congress, the FDA operates above the law.

It is not subject to any laws whatsoever; not even the U.S. Constitution which is supposed to protect the People’s right to “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness” (as stated in the Declaration of Independence).

The mass irradiation of the food supply is a violation of the “Life” part of that phrase, wouldn’t you agree? If we can no longer buy nourishing foods with their nutrients intact, then we are all doomed to degenerative disease and death… but not before paying out our life savings to doctors, drug companies and hospitals. That’s the evil genius of the food irradiation plot: It kills you slowly, at just the right pace to drain your bank account before you expire from malnutrition.

I truly believe this irradiation of the food supply is the beginning of the end of America. No nation can survive the destruction of its food supply. The FDA is dooming America to a slow, painful, medicated death. In a generation, this nation will be lost, destroyed from within by short-sighted tyrants who violated nature and left the People to rot.

What you can do right now to fight this latest transgression by the FDA
For starters, you can:

1) Grow your own food. A little gardening is good. Grow whatever you can, even if it’s just a few kitchen herbs.

2) Buy your food at farmer’s markets, coops and CSAs. See http://www.localharvest.org/csa

3) Ask your grocery store if they are buying irradiated spinach. If they don’t know, demand they find out!

4) Raise hell with your Senators and Congresspeople, demanding they pass new laws protecting consumers from the FDA and its plot to destroy the nutritional value of the food supply.

Kevin: Yeah, I think that’s a nice approach. What other foods are there that can speed up metabolism. People love to hear, I love to hear, foods that can speed up metabolism because everyone feels they’re so sluggish.

David: Well, we categorize these foods that speed up metabolism as super foods because not only do they speed up metabolism but they’re also usually complete protein sources. They’re usually some of the richest sources of minerals, natural trace minerals in food, and some of the best sources of vitamins. For example, the goji berry. The goji berry is one of the hottest substances, foods, in the world right now. In fact, it has just really, you know, caught fire in the west. The goji berry is a simple berry. It’s a snack food. It’s about the size of a raisin. It tastes great. You know, I start people on goji berries, even some of the top executives in America. That’s the one thing they get from me. They get on the goji berries and they eat it all day long every day. What it does is it keeps you alert because of all the protein. It keeps the blood sugars stable but it also has all these trace minerals. It speeds up metabolism. It increases weight loss. In fact, I have a little story to tell. I sent this one executive off to Europe. I had met him at a party, talked to him about what I do. He said, “look, just give me a bag of whatever you’ve got. I’m going to Europe for six weeks tomorrow morning”.

Kevin: Right.

David: I had to come up… I had to go to my car and just pull together all I had right there. What I had was I had goji berries.

Kevin: Um-hum.

David: I had another super food, which we’re going to talk about, which is cacao beans, which is the raw chocolate nut. All chocolate is made from a nut. Most people are not aware of this. And this nut is the most widely eaten nut in the world; a hundred times more people eat it than almonds but not in its original form, in its processed form, which we call chocolate. Anyway, I gave him a bag of the cacao beans, the goji berries, a bag of cashews and I mixed it all together — I mean it must have been two pounds of stuff. It was in, you know, those big Ziploc bags?

Kevin: Sure.

David: And I handed it to him and I said, “okay, every time you’re tempted to snack on something in an airport. Every time you run out of food. Every time you feel hungry, snack on this.” Well, he shows up — I hear a knock at my door six weeks later and it’s him.

Kevin: Um-hum.

David: And I say, “my god John, you look incredible”. He had lost over 30 pounds in six weeks. I said, “what happened. Did you change your diet? What’s going on?” And he actually didn’t change his diet. All he did was change what he was snacking on in between meals and stopped eating the junk and started eating these super foods and his metabolism speeded up and the weight just dropped right off.

Kevin: Wow.

David: And, you know, he was even more astonished than I was.

Kevin: Yeah, that’s amazing; and the thing about it is that cashews have fat in them.

David: And of course we’re talking about raw cashews and this is such an important thing for people to understand. You know, I’ve heard so much from people saying “I can’t eat avocados because it’s too fattening.” Let me tell you, I saw my cousin get onto our program and lose 150 pounds. He was over 300 pounds. He lost half his body weight just by eating food that was richer in nutrition, lower in calories, richer in fiber, which is basically raw foods, including, one day he ate 15 avocados and continued to lose weight. Now, people might go, “that’s impossible!” It’s not impossible. It is important for people to understand that avocados are not fattening. They’re an excellent source of fat in the right kind, which is raw and natural and that’s the whole idea behind basically the Sun Food Diet.

Kevin: And you say there’s protein in these goji berries. I think it’s hard for a lot of people to wrap their heads around the fact that protein can be in a berry.

David: Right. It’s interesting about the goji berries because in Chinese medicine the goji berry is considered the number one thing. It has a higher ranking that even ginseng. Now, that’s a system that’s been around for 5,000 years and has 8,000 foods and herbs in its itinerary of different choices. Now that, to me, is astonishing that this could get the number one ranking. Well, again, when Western analytical science got a hold of this food and started studying what was in it they found 18 amino acids, all essential amino acids. It’s a complete protein source.

Kevin: Wow.

David: Wow, that’s something.

Kevin: Yeah. So let’s talk about… do you want to move on to
cacao or…

David: Yeah, I think we should talk about chocolate a little bit because this is the number one weight loss food ever. It’s the number one appetite suppressant. It’s something that the chocolate industry has known is associated with weight loss since the very beginning, you know, hundreds of years ago. Now, I know that sounds like a big one to swallow but chocolate and weight loss? And it’s absolutely true. The original chocolate form is the nut that all chocolate comes from. It’s a tropical fruit that produces a nut and that nut is called cacao, c-a-c-a-o. We’ve seen it spelled in the British form, which is c-e-o-c-o-a but that’s not the real word. The real word is cacao.

The cacao nut, or the cacao bean, is in my opinion, the most nutritious food in the world. It’s the most nutritious food on the earth. It is the most identical to exactly those nutrients, those vitamins, and in particular minerals, that the human body requires more than any other. For example, the cacao bean is the number one natural source of magnesium of any major food in the world, which is, by the way, coincidentally the number one mineral deficiency in the Western world. Chromium, which balances blood sugar, the cacao bean is the number one source of any major food in the world with chromium, which is really important with all the hypoglycemia and blood sugar imbalances we have today. It’s extremely rich in vitamin C, which is astonishing considering that all processed chocolate has no vitamin C.

Kevin: Really?

David: Yeah, because it’s all been damaged by heat processing. Vitamin C is very sensitive to oxidation and to heat. And when you take cacao and you process it into chocolate sometimes it’s heated two or three times above 240 degrees Fahrenheit for several hours and then the oils are extracted. The whole thing is basically torn apart and then reconfigured into what we call “chocolate bars” or cocoa powder.

Kevin: Um-hum.

David: But this is not what chocolate really is. Um, the number one antioxidant source of any food in the world is chocolate. In other words, it’s cacao. The cacao bean is the richest antioxidant food in the world. That, to me, is astonishing, especially with all this evidence now that antioxidants are important to stop aging.

Kevin: Right.

David: They’re an anti-aging substance. Let me just tell you a little bit of research that was done by Harvard University. Harvard University researched chocolate. Now, I’m not talking about the cacao. I’m talking processed chocolate, that you know, really the stuff that we shouldn’t be eating. They found out that people who ate that lived, on average, a year longer than people who didn’t eat chocolate. So we know it’s associated with longevity. This probably has to do with the antioxidants.

Kevin: Right, and even with all the sugar and all the other processed stuff that’s in that chocolate they still…

David: That’s right exactly. Now, here’s another astonishing fact. The cacao bean is one of the highest sources of iron of any food in the world. You’d be hard pressed to find any nut or seed, any vegetable, anything that has as much iron as cacao has. One serving, one say 28 gram serving, which is less than a handful, is equivalent to about 314% of the U.S. RDA of iron.

Kevin: Really?

David: Just one little handful of that stuff. It’s amazing. And then in terms of trace minerals, copper, manganese, it’s off the charts. It’s one of the highest natural sources of copper. It’s extremely rich in manganese, which is very important for the enzymatic reactions of our cells, our immune system and the overall proper functioning of our neurological system, of our nervous system.

Kevin: Why don’t you talk a little bit more about where the mainstream information that we get comes from because I always want to explain to people who we’re getting the nutrition information from. Why don’t you go a little bit into how that information is being given to us and why it might not be the best?

David: Well, it’s marketing and the thing is it’s being sold to us; meaning that the television networks are being paid by advertisers. Those advertisers are the huge conglomerations and corporate interests that control, for example, the corn industry, the soybean industry, the cattle industry, the dairy industry. These are major, major industries in America that have huge lobbies in Washington that lobby not only the government but also that make huge marketing efforts to lobby media.

Kevin: Right.

David: So the media that we’ve gotten all our lives that’s really kind of just sat in front of us on a television screen or in magazines is what’s being sold to us. It doesn’t really have anything to do with our health. When we finally realized this, what ended up happening is that we started doing our own research and we discovered it really to our great fortune an entirely new vista of possibilities. And this is something I was fortunate to discover when I was 18 years old because I was allergic to so many foods I couldn’t really eat them anymore. You know, obviously, pain is a great motivator and it motivated me; and it might motivate you if you’re listening right now. You don’t ever have to be in pain. You don’t ever have to eat foods you don’t like or that don’t agree with you. You don’t ever have to suffer for lack of taste or flavor.

You don’t have to, you know, eat bulgur wheat and all those other kinds of health foods that don’t taste good. You can eat the stuff that tastes incredible. You can have your chocolate and eat it too. Once you have the information, and not only that, it’s a superior food and flavor experience than anything you’ve had before and that’s what guides people right into this is we’re guided by pleasure. We want the stuff that tastes good and is good for us and that’s all available now. It’s awesome.

Please find enclosed some information about the new series of BBC3s Kill It Cook It Eat It.   

We have had two previous series of this programme which has proved really thought provoking and educational.  It’s a  BBC3 hour long programme which has a late night slot and will be aired next year.  We are looking for people who sit on all sides of the fence on the debate about killing wild game and eating it.  This is a programme to explore the ethical, moral, conservation, culling issues and debating points surrounding the killing and cooking of wild game.
We are looking for articulate, chatty, opinionated people who have diverse views on this topic and are keen to vocalise them.  In previous series a specially invited audience were invited to see the whole procedure of the slaughter of animals from the farm to the plate.  The second series focused on young animals and posed the question ‘how young is too young?’.  As many people are not aware of how meat gets to our plate it did prove shocking and surprising to many - with those taking part sometimes changing their opinion  on on how they felt about it.  We are now so divorced from where meat comes from that many people believe it comes in the plastic cartons we find in supermarkets and do not understand what happens before this……

 This year we are looking at the growing trend for rare game meat and the hunting process which goes with it.  We are looking for people who have an interest in finding out more about the entire process and who would be keen to see it all the way through from hunting the game through to it sitting on their plate.   It would be great to have someone from the raw food perspective taking part.  It will have a more observational documentary feel with less studio time this year than in the past.  We will be filming towards the end of Sept / Oct and are looking for people who could be available for up to three days.

We are looking for vegetarians, vegans, raw foodies, animal lovers, anti hunters and people who have religious beliefs about eating meat.  Likewise we would like to find people who are real foodie connoisseurs at the opposite spectrum of the debate, don’t have a problem with hunting and people who are interested in the nutritional value of meat and organic meat.  We will be looking at deer, grouse, rabbit and duck…….

Scientific Revelation: Age Related Decline Is Not Inevitable

(NaturalNews) A Dutch woman decided to will her body to science when she was 82 years old. When she turned 111, she contacted the researchers, worried that she was too old to be of interest to them. On the contrary, they assured her, because of her age, they were especially interested in her.

Over the next four years, she submitted to testing twice. The results showed her to be above average, even for people aged 60 to 80 years of age. There were essentially no signs of cognitive decline or memory loss.

Gert Holstege, a neuroscientist at the University Medical Center Groningen, in The Netherlands examined her body after she died at 115 years of age. The results are reported in the August issue of the journal Neurobiology of Aging.

To the surprise of the examiners, the woman’s brain showed no sign of Alzheimer’s. They found no signs of atherosclerosis, a narrowing of the arteries. Very few brain abnormalities were evident. almost no deposits of so-called beta-amyloid, which are characteristic in Alzheimer’s brains. Other abnormalities present, including “neurofibrillary tangles,” were too mild to cause significant mental impairment. In fact, the number of brain cells she retained was similar to that expected in healthy people between 60 and 80 years old.

Scientists were amazed at these findings, because they showed that Alzheimer’s and dementia are not inevitable as people age.

On the Spanish island of Minorca, a man recently died at the age of 114. Reports speak of him riding his bicycle to tend to the family’s orchards until he was 102. He is survived by a brother, who is 101, a nephew who is 85, and two daughters, aged 81 and 77. All seem to live an active health-filled lifestyle.

Scientists tested the family’s DNA for two markers associated with healthy bones and longevity. The markers were not found. Gil Atzmon, of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York informs us that some 10 to 20 genes have been identified as related to longevity thus far.

These findings lead scientists to believe that longevity may be more complicated than a single gene, or group of genes.

As of yet, no particular diet or lifestyle has a proven association with longevity. Yet some clues have been uncovered that point us in the direction of factors which can contribute to a longer, healthier life.

In the 1930’s, Cornell University researchers found that rats fed a lower calorie diet than their litter mates lived 40 percent longer. The increased life span occurred regardless of the age of the rats at the time of their diet change.

A mother’s nutrition while she is pregnant and nursing can have a profound effect on her offspring’s life span. Scientists at Cambridge University in England found that mice fed a high protein diet during pregnancy and a low protein diet while nursing had pups that lived fifty percent longer than those whose diets were reversed.

Happily married couples tend to live longer, claims a study from the University of Chicago. Linda Waite reported that married men were found to live, on average, 10 years longer than non-married men, and married women lived about four years longer than non-married woman.

A May 2, 2006 article in the American Journal of Medicine reports that walking is a factor in health and longevity. In their study, patients in their 70’s who were in good health were challenged to walk a quarter mile. Those who completed the course were more likely to survive the next six years without disability. Those who walked slower were at higher risk of death and disability than the faster walkers, but still ahead of those who could not finish.

As a matter of fact, additional studies show that walking or other exercise three or more times a week is a hedge against Alzheimer’s.

Staying mentally and physically active throughout life is the best way to keep the mind sharp.
Individuals with high mental stimulation had a reduced risk of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia by nearly half by building and maintaining a reserve of stimulation. Another study showed that after five weeks of memory-based exercise, participants increased brain chemistry markers in a direction that was opposite to that seen in Alzheimer’s. The change was concentrated in the hippocampus, one of the first brain regions to be affected in dementia.

Currently, there are more than 80,000 Americans 100 years of age or older, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. That number is expected to rise to more than 580,000 centenarians by 2040. The hope is that these centenarians might live long, healthy, and happy lives.

Scientist Predicts Little Ice Age Within 10 Years

University of Mexico expert says lack of solar activity to cause significant cooling that will last over half a century

‘….The models and forecasts of the IPCC “is incorrect because only are based on mathematical models and presented results at scenarios that do not include, for example, solar activity,” said Herrera.

Herrera states that the earth is entering a natural phase of climate transition during which solar activity will diminish considerably, “so that in two years or so, there will be a small ice age that lasts from 60 to 80 years.”

Herrera cited the growth in glaciers observed at the Andes, Perito Moreno, Logan, the highest mountain in Canada, and Franz-Josef Glacier, New Zealand.

A dramatic cooling trend is being observed across the planet even as people like Al Gore continue to claim that the threat of global warming mandates the poor and middle class be hit with CO2 taxes in order to prevent climate change.

Both anecdotal evidence and hard data indicates that the planet is in the beginning stages of a significant downturn in global temperatures.

Following the end of the Sun’s most active period in over 11,000 years, the last 10 years have displayed a clear cooling trend as temperatures post-1998 leveled out and are now plummeting.

China recently experienced its coldest winter in 100 years while northeast America was hit by record snow levels and Britain suffered its coldest April in decades as late-blooming daffodils were pounded with hail and snow on an almost daily basis. The British summer has also left many yearning for global warming, with temperatures in June and July rarely struggling to get over 16 degrees and on one occasion even dropping as low as 9 degrees in the middle of the afternoon……..’

Work toward decreasing the emotionally backed demands for security, sensation and power.  It’s alright to have preferences, but to be addicted to something means that if you cannot have it, you’ll lose your tranquility.  Don’t invest so much in the quest that you fail to recognize the magic and awesomeness that is right before you.

The Environmental Working Group, a nonprofit organization that advocates for policies that protect global and individual health, produces the Shoppers’ Guide to Pesticides in Produce. It is based on the results of nearly 43,000 pesticide tests.

Organic fruits and vegetables are by definition grown without the use of pesticides. But some find the expense of organic foods prohibitive.

Of the 43 different fruit and vegetable categories in the Guide to Pesticides, the following twelve foods had the lowest pesticide load when conventionally grown. Consequently, they are the safest conventionally grown crops to consume:

Life is magical.  It doesn’t have to be difficult. The universe that we each experience can be a luminous one.  Our lives can be joyous and free because we are the magic force-field that creates our reality. Don’t look outside yourself.  Don’t wait for someone else to do it for you.  You are the most powerful influence in your life on this planet. The magic formula lies in the truth that we are as safe as our thoughts.  We have the keys to open the locks; keys of knowledge that are the gems of life.

The art of living is to make dreams come true gracefully.  Life lived in all its glory is what makes for the grandeur and grace of being.  Life is more than you think it is; it is more than real, and it is good.  Its “nowness” holds all the glory.  Life is meant to be fulfilling, not a vale of tears.  Even difficult things can be done when we live in grace.

Codex Designates GMOs as Contaminants in Food

(NaturalNews) The latest Codex Alimentarius Commission meeting held in Geneva recently concluded with some interesting outcomes. Some long simmering acrimony has begun to surface as the U.S. continues to force the biased agendas of Big Pharma, Big Chema, Big Agra and the like forward without considering the input of many other countries. Typically if the U.S. does not want a country’s input, the host country simply denies their official delegates visas to the meeting.

Several countries have recently objected to this practice and stated that because of this and other reasons, decisions made by codex in their absence do not have international legitimacy. One major point of contention has been the U.S. and Codex’s staunch refusal to allow labeling of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). Norway, Switzerland, Russia, Japan and virtually all African countries and the 26 countries of the EU (European Union) have fought the U.S. for nearly 18 years to allow mandatory labeling of GMOs. The U.S. fallaciously considers GMOs equal to non-GMOs solely based on a 1992 Executive Order from then-president George H. W. Bush, therefore no pre-market safety testing occurs on any GMOs before they are released into the food chain in the U.S. The FDA refuses to review any safety data except for a single, preliminary review early in the organism’s development.

Opponents of the U.S. policy prohibiting labeling of genetically modified food conclude that the U.S. does not want GMOs labeled because of the potential legal ramifications and liability to the manufacturers and to the U.S. government if these foods could be traced. If millions of people are harmed or killed due to the instability of the inserted DNA promoter viruses and marker bacteria into GMOs when interacting with the dynamic and fluid structure of the human body, then millions of lawsuits may result. But, if they are totally untraceable, then zero corporate or government liability can be assessed. FDA scientists have repeatedly warned about releasing GMOs into the general food supply because of their dangers, but have been routinely ignored or overruled.

Prior to the Geneva meeting, the Codex Committee on Food Labeling met in Canada. The meeting concluded with several pro-mandatory GMO labeling nations angry that Codex had not objectively analyzed the empirical research detailing the dangers of GMOs that South Africa prepared. This document delineated the necessity of mandatory labeling of GMOs, but was ignored and subsequently withdrawn on U.S. pressure of an independent nation (South Africa). As a result, several countries planned to scrap the requirements of Codex and adopt their own labeling system for GMOs in an effort to curtail the spread of “lethal” food. This had led to a real quandary for the WHO (World Health Organization) and FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization).

According to Rima E. Laibow, M.D., medical director of the Natural Solutions Foundation (www.healthfreedomusa.org) , who was a public observer at the latest meeting in Geneva, the WHO and FAO have finally stepped in and decided to undertake a program designed to identify low-level contamination of GMOs in food. The definition of low-level contamination will still depend on each individual country’s standards. For example, the U.S. currently allows for up to 10% (the highest of any country in the world) of GMO contamination of organic foods and amazingly still allows them to be considered USDA certified organic. Governments that actually care about the health of their people, like the EU, allow only 0.9% contamination, while other countries permit merely 0.1%.

The WHO and FAO used the term contamination and simply did not describe the GMOs as being mixed in with normal food. This term is also very noteworthy as most research on the dangers of GMOs can no longer be denied. The U.S. of course, vehemently objected to such a designation, but this time to no avail. Although not going as far as to require mandatory labeling of GMOs, this recognition by WHO and FAO (the parent bodies of Codex) that GMOs can contaminate food is a huge win for health freedom. Expanding that requirement to mandatory labeling is the next logical step, but is still a work in progress. The Natural Solutions Foundations in-country work with African and other pro-health nations can be expected to markedly strengthen this trend as unease and distrust of GMOs escalates internationally.
