Brain Alert Tea
1 tsp ginkgo biloba powder
1 tsp rhodiola rosea/kirilowii
1/2 tsp he shou wu powder
add boiling water, brew for 5 minutes
Ideal when you have a day ahead of you with a lot to deal with, especially mentally!
The gingko is good for circulation, memory and higher brain function, rhodiola is stimulating in a relaxed way and is good for serotonin levels (=pleasure), he shou wu improves circulation to the head, improves memory, lifts mood and is calming.
