Chocolate Pudding

300ml  hemp seeds soaked overnight in water
juice of 3 oranges
zest of 1 orange
3 dried figs, soaked overnight in water
3 dried apricots, soaked overnight in water
50g sunflower seeds, soaked overnight in water
50g pumpkin seeds
12 walnuts, soaked overnight
3 bananas
½ tsp coconut butter
2 tsps raw chocolate powder
2 tsps cacao nibs

Optional:

handful goji berries
1 tsp maca
1 tsp green hemp powder
½ tsp bee pollen
Currants
Blueberries
Blackberries
Pear
Kaki/Sharon fruit
Fresh coconut
Hazelnuts, soaked
Soaked sesame seeds

Drain the hemp seeds and blend with the orange juice and some water from the soaked dried fruit as necessary.  Strain and squeeze through muslin (a muslin bag is easiest) to make hemp milk. Drain the soaked ingredients and blend all the  ingredients together until smooth. 

Serve with fruit such as cherries, raspberries, mango and/or a little yoghurt or kefir.  Ground hazelnuts are also delicious with this recipe.

This recipe provides a comprehensive range of fats and proteins, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins in an ideal form for the body.  It was originally created by Tish and Tony Wright as brain nutrition.  The recipe seems to have  a life of its own and keeps adding ingredients to itself.  As a breakfast it can put you in the right frame of mind of the day. Ideal for children.  It is also a perfect dessert mousse or chocolate sauce.  You can freeze it as delicious totally healthy ice-cream ready for friends dropping in.  Obviously you can vary the amounts of the ingredients to your taste.
